About Your User ID

eTIMS® contains confidential client and/or customer information.  Access to confidential information is controlled through the use of User IDs and passwords.  Each authorized user is assigned a unique User ID that defines the subsystems and functions that can be used.  Your User ID is recorded on every processing transaction (i.e., making a payment, dismissing a ticket) for auditing purposes.  Your supervisor may request that your User ID be modified to add or remove subsystems and functions as your job responsibilities change.

Remember to:

• Keep your User ID and password confidential.
• Log out of eTIMS® whenever you leave your workstation.

Note:

• You will be held responsible for all eTIMS® transactions processed with your User ID.
