Selecting a Fleet Account

eTIMS®displays the Search Results page if there are multiple fleet account records that match the search criteria entered.  Users can review the list of possible matches and select the one to be displayed or initiate another search.

Selecting a fleet account:

  1. Review the list of possible matches.
    1. Click Previous to go to the previous page
    2. Click Next to go to the next page
  2. To select a fleet account record, click directly on the fleet account number.  
  3. To select a fleet and an account maintenance function:
    1. Click on the radio button to the left of the fleet account number.
    2. Click and hold on the down arrow on the Select Function button to display a list of authorized account maintenance functions.
    3. Move the cursor down the list to highlight the desired account maintenance function and release the mouse to select.
    4. Click on the Go button.
    5. The page will refresh with the appropriate account maintenance page.
  4. To initiate another search, use the drop down box in the upper right section of the page:
    1. Click and hold on the down arrow on the Search Criteria drop down box to display a list of search criteria options.
    2. Move the cursor down the list to highlight the desired search criteria option and release the mouse to select.
    3. Type the appropriate information to match the selected search criteria in the box next to the Search Criteria drop down box.  
    4. To view active fleet accounts only, click the View Active Accounts Only box and then click on Search.  
  5. If the fleet account name or number queried cannot be found in eTIMS® , check the fleet account name or number to be sure that it was entered correctly.  If the fleet account name or number was mistyped, correct it and try again.  If the fleet account name or number was correctly typed, click on the Add Fleet Account button to add the fleet to eTIMS® .  
  6. Click on the Home command in the upper right corner of the page to return to the Home page.  
  7. Click on the Help command in the upper right corner of the page to see Help contents.
  8. Click on the Log Out command in the upper right corner of the page to end your eTIMS®session.
  9. To fast path to another eTIMS®subsystem, use the drop down box in the upper right corner to select a subsystem.  Click on the Go button to display the selected subsystem menu.
